Engraved Badges & Nameplates
This is where it all began for KEPCO -- with engraved badges and nameplates! These days we use a rotary engraving system that can produce badges, nameplates, and small signage from 1"x1" to 16"x24".
Rotary engraving is the term used to describe engraving done with a rotating cutting tool in a motorized spindle. The tool, or cutter, cuts into the surface of the material to a predetermined depth and produces a groove of the same shape and dimension of the cutter. Rotary engraving can be performed on a wide variety of materials with plastic, brass, and aluminum being the most common in the engraving industry.

KEPCO uses Rowmark plastics for all of its engraved products because of the company's high quality and wide selection of colors and finishes.

Pricing is determined by size of plate and number of engraved lines (logos count as a line). You will find pricing for the most common items on our online price list.
